(English Version) GIFSL and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) held the second module of the Executive Leadership in Food Safety (ELFS) Series in Minnesota in June 2010. The goal of the ELFS program is to develop networks and leadership within the context of food safety within the Americas. The ELFS series is a dynamic program consisting of 4 one-week learning modules held throughout the Americas over a two year period.
